Your ceremony is the most important element of your wedding day, it is when two people actually become married. And yet it is often the last thing that is organised or completely overlooked. Our extensive range of furnishings and customised styling elements will enable you to write your own ceremony rules and create a beautiful space that works for you.

There is more to a ceremony than just hiring an arbor and a few chairs. We need to know all of the ins and outs of what you have planned during the service to ensure that our furniture and styling complements your schedule and ideas. Often we are at the mercy of the weather gods and have to hold off on commencing the set up until the final hour, it can be hard work and very stressful. A stress you don’t want to add to any of your family or friends on your wedding day - getting hot and sweaty should be left for the dance floor at the other end of the day.

When you hire a ceremony package from Over the Top Events, every element is taken care of for you by our professional hard working staff. We coordinate the set up with your celebrant and florist, ensuring that everything is perfect before your guests arrive and we pack everything up for you so you can get straight into enjoying the celebrations

what’s included

  • Choose from one of our gorgeous wedding arbors or show us an image of one you love ad we will source or make it

  • Your choice of chairs for up to 50 guests

  • Small table and feature chairs for registry signing

  • Custom made welcome sign

  • Two umbrellas for guest comfort

  • Small table, ice tubs and glassware for guest refreshments

  • Initial planning meeting and warehouse tour, styling consultation and collaboration with other suppliers

  • On the day set up of all hire and styling items. Co-ordination of other suppliers and post event pack up on ceremony completion

what’s not included

  • Delivery fees are calculated per km from our warehouse in Phillip Island to and from your location of choice.

  • Additional labour fees to construct heavy items or carry furnishings long distances or up flights of stairs

  • Additional items that are not included are floral arrangements, audio visual equipment

We are very sorry but due to the large number of requests for just a few hire items here and there, we cannot set up individual items for your ceremony unless you have taken us up on the full package.
