Marquee weddings are the ultimate blank canvas. They allow you to completely control the design and the style of every inch of the space. They also enable you to set the scene for who you truly are as a couple, and how you would like your guests to enjoy your special day.
It is true that they can be a little more work and slightly overwhelming, but that is why we are here. When you choose to hire a marquee package through Over the Top Events, we walk you through every step of the process. From selecting the right sized structure to suit your location or venue, the style of furnishings, the requirements of the caterers, the comfort of your guests and any other wild and crazy ideas you might like to dream up - we have got your back!
Our dedicated staff do all of the hard work for you, completing all aspects of the installation and removal. All you have to do is turn up and add your finishing touches. And did we mention it’s a 3 day hire? So there are no closing times, you can party as long as you like and have everyone back for brunch.

FORMAL DINING PACKAGE
what’s included

Clear span marquee to suit the size of your guest list with your choice of white, clear or open panels. We also include wall curtains and backdrops to hide back of house areas if required

Solid timber dance floor installed either inside the marquee or open air. Full integrated timber floor is available at an additional expense.

Festoon or pea lighting installed throughout the length of the marquee and extending out over an alfresco area. Additional feature pendant lighting is also included

Indoor dining tables and chairs to suit the desired look and feel of your event as well as a selection of outdoor cocktail and lounge furnishings. We also include a cake table, gift table and or grazing table of your choice.

Ivory or black umbrellas to create shade or weather protection over your outdoor area

Initial planning meeting, warehouse tour and quote creation including floor plan design

Construction, installation and post event dismantle of all hire items
what’s not included

Delivery charges are calculated on a per km rate from our warehouse in Phillip Island to and from your location of choice

Concrete weights and forklift hire are an additional expense if the marquee cannot be pegged / secured into the ground
-
Full floor throughout the length of the marquee is not included but is available at an additional cost

Penalty rates apply if the marquee must be installed or dismantled in tight time frames, on weekend days or on public holidays. Penalty fees also apply if there is limited truck access, if the site is not level or if last minute changes are made

Other items that are not includes are floral arrangements, catering equipment, audio visual equipment, staging, generators, cool rooms and toilets
