Whether you have booked a venue or you really want to create a WOW factor in your marquee, the creative team at Over the Top Events are here to help.

Social media has given us an overwhelming number of styling options and it can be hard to narrow them all down and execute them on the day - that’s where we come in.

When you chose a styling package with Over the Top Events, we do all of the hard work for you. We listen to your ideas, ask you a bunch of questions, emerge ourselves in your venue, get the creative juices flowing. We then have to come up with the most efficient ways to pull them all together.

We know that you are probably more than capable of DIY styling the space on your wedding day, but you have another super important job to do, and that’s getting married! So don’t get all stressed and sweaty on your wedding day, leave that to us. We know all the ins and outs of what you can and can’t do in each venue and we have all of the tools, equipment and talented staff to execute anything you throw at us. So sit back with your loved ones, enjoy a glass of bubbles and let us do the hard stuff x

What’s included

  • Initial styling meeting to discuss ideas, concepts, colours and suppliers. Site / venue visit to measure, plan and discuss ideas with venue. Floor plan design, mood board creation and quote preparation

  • Once the concepts have been discussed we co-ordinate the ideas with other suppliers and obtain quotes.

  • On the day set up of all styling items and co-ordination of other suppliers. Post event dismantle and removal of all styling items

whAT’S NOT INCLUDED

  • All hire items such as furniture and backdrops are not included in this package - they will be quoted separately

  • Most styling items are custom made and therefore are quoted individually and are not inclusive in this package

  • Delivery fees of all hire items and styling items from other suppliers will be quoted separately

  • Penalty rates apply if the event must be set up or packed up under tight time frames, on a weekend day, after hours or on a public holiday. Penalty rates also apply if there is restricted vehicle access to the venue and if the items have to be carried long distances or up flights of stairs

We are very sorry but due to the large number of requests for just a few styling items here and there, we cannot set up individual items at your venue of choice unless you have taken us up on the full package.

Unfortunately we also cannot allow DIY and self collection of our items due to the risk of damage.
